The PFNA femoral gamma interlocking intramedullary nail is designed with a declination angle of 5 degrees, allowing insertion from the apex of the greater trochanter, ideal stress distribution, elastic tip and groove design for easy insertion of PFNA, avoiding local stress concentration at the distal end.
